We will get around to doing a podcast this weekend even if it's just me and sound clips from Coach Harbaugh trying to figure out what the hell happened out there.  It just hurts.  One field goal in a dome and we're the five seed and we get to play a Chargers team who had two shots to beat the exact same game plan this year and failed.  Who am I kidding, we would have lost that game too.  Our quarterback had to stand the entire flight home after a blowout victory the week before.  Payton Manning is the greatest quarterback of his era, an era when the position of quarterback has taken on even more importance.  Ed Reed picked off the best passer in the game twice in rapid succession (a feat no other safety alive could do [see Zak, he isn't washed up]) and neither one resulted in a Baltimore possession.  All you can say about our only offensive weapon is, "he's wiry".  I mean, what the shit is that?

Okay, so the last excuse was a line from The Replacements but you get the idea.  Again, sorry for the delay.  Alex and I were going to record a podcast last night but we decided the most appropriate way to address our feelings was to run up an $80+ dollar tab at our beloved Pub Dog.  On a Thursday.  I f***ing hate football.
